How do I get to Encantame Towers?

Use Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps and search for Encantame Towers. Directions take you to the security gate; after the gate, continue south about 3 miles to the oceanfront towers.

Is the water safe to drink?

The condo has a reverse osmosis system for drinking water and ice. Outside the resort, bottled water is still the safer choice.

Can I charge my electric car at the resort?

Yes. Encantame Towers has on-site electric chargers. Current pricing may change, so confirm with the resort when you arrive.

Will my cell phone work in Mexico?

Major carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T generally work in Puerto Penasco, but you should confirm your plan. The resort also has WiFi throughout for WiFi calling.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

Everyone at the resort speaks both Spanish and English. Outside the resort, most people speak English too, but we encourage you to download Google Translate just in case.

Is Puerto Penasco safe for families?

Yes. Puerto Penasco is very safe, especially the resort area on Playa Encanto. Encantame Towers is gated with on-site security and is designed for family stays. As with any travel, pay attention, drive carefully, and respect local rules.

What amenities are included at the condo?

Two king bedrooms, full kitchen, pull-out couch, 65-inch TVs, high-speed internet, filtered drinking water, and resort access to pools, restaurants, gym, spa, convenience store, lazy rivers, slides, and swim-up bars.

Can I use Encantame Soleil amenities while staying at Encantame Towers?

Yes. As a guest at Encantame Towers you also have access to the amenities at the sister property, Encantame Soleil — the pools, restaurants, and other facilities are shared between the two resorts. Just let the staff know you are staying at Encantame Towers.

What is the cancellation policy?

For direct bookings with us, cancellations made at least 7 days before your arrival date are eligible for a refund. Reservations booked through third-party platforms follow that platform's cancellation policy.
